Can I combine or add more to my order?

If possible, please have all items that you would like in the same order. However, if you do place another order and would like everything shipped in one (1) package, please contact us ASAP and include both order numbers so we know which orders to combine. Additionally, if you would like items added to an order that you have already placed AND has not shipped yet, please contact us with the items that you would like to add.

What are processing and shipping times?

We will pack and ship out orders typically in 4-5 business days. All orders will come with a tracking number if tracked shipping is chosen, and you will receive a notice (usually an email) that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number. 

Please make sure you input the correct address! We are not responsible for any problems that occur due to inputting the incorrect address. If a package is returned to us for any reason, we can ship the package again, but additional shipping fees will be charged (since the initial shipping cost has already been used for the first label). If the customer would no longer like the items from a returned package, we can issue a refund for the item(s), but NOT the shipping cost.

Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in delivery, which are out of our control. Once a package has left our hands, we are not responsible for any issues that occur during transit. As a general note, do expect longer shipping time frames during these times.
U.S. orders may take 3-7 days to arrive, excluding any weather/holiday related delays. International orders can take anywhere from 2-7 weeks to arrive, possibly longer, and may experience delays due to customs. Please be patient with shipping, as unexpected circumstances may occur.

If any VAT or custom fees are incurred, we are not responsible for those fees. Please keep this in mind if you're purchasing from a country that may charge such fees when packages arrive to your country.

How do I remove gel adhesive for phone grips?

You can use water to remove the grip and reposition/move onto another case. Be sure that any electronic device is removed from the case before attempting removal. Apply a bit of water to one side of the grip, so the gel can be pliable. You can then carefully rip off the grip from where it is applied. Let the gel adhesive dry a bit, if it is too wet, before reapplying onto a new surface. Please be aware that the gel will lose its strength over repeat removal.

Grading

Listings with different gradings (standard and seconds) are very subjective. We try our best to ensure the best quality, but even standard grade merch may have slight flaws. For the most part, if any small flaws are present, they are only noticeable if observed extremely close and even then, the flaw may still be missed. Seconds grading, on the other hand, are those that contained flaws we deemed too severe to be sold as standard grade. These flaws are usually noticeable even at arms length.
